- There are 16 subject librarians assigned to work with one or more academic disciplines.
- Check our our Research Guides: If your class has a research assignment, check out the selected resources and instructions for a particular subject area.
- Take one of our free short courses.
- Submit a question to our Reference Librarians.
- Get a book from another institution with the Interlibrary Loan Department.

Kelley Center for Government Information, Data and Geospatial Services Assistance
Support undergraduate and graduate students research, teaching assistants’ instructions, extracurricular activities, clubs and community services needing government information, data, paper format maps, microform collections:
- Request to buy relevant books (government information, government data and statistics, maps, intellectual property, patent and trademarks).
- Request assistance with acquiring open government data sets and statistics
- Request assistance with finding non numerical government publications
- Make an appointment for one on one research and teaching support consultation
- Request or ask about our custom government information and data resource instructions
- Request assistance with accessing and operating microform scanning/viewing machines
- Request assistance with patent and trademark searching
- Request assistance with searching and accessing our paper format map collections
- Request assistance with searching and accessing Fondren Library microform collections
- Register our training workshops of finding and using government information and data for research
