Fondren Library offers online resources for all alumni. Log in at riceconnect.rice.edu, then click the Library Services button to browse available journals and other electronic resources. Visit Fondren Library in person to access additional electronic resources or to study or do research.
Would you like to borrow physical items like books, chargers and umbrellas at Fondren? Recent Rice University graduates, years 2020-2024, can join Friends of Fondren Library (FoFL) at the deeply discounted rate of $25 per year. For an extra $10, you can purchase an access card from RUPD to bypass the line at the front door.
Details regarding alumni Friends of Fondren Library memberships are outlined on the FoFL website. Of note, members may check out up to four items at a time for 28 days (subject to renewal). Additionally, many of our electronic resources are available to Friends members only within the library building, due to our contracts with materials providers.
