Manages checking in and out books and short-term items including study room keys, battery chargers, umbrellas, A/V equipment, locker keys, and Course Reserves materials. Additionally, staff are on the front line for troubleshooting a variety of issues, including equipment malfunctions (elevators, printers, photocopiers, change machine), handling fines & fees, directing users within the library and across campus, and managing emergency situations (water issues, etc.). Located on the first floor of Fondren Library near the Pavilion (West) entrance.
